Job Summary
Provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes within Southern California counties, evaluating and delivering skilled OT interventions to support safety, independence, and activities of daily living; develop and implement care plans; assess home environments and recommend equipment or safety modifications; maintain thorough documentation; operate as an independent contractor with flexible coverage areas and high autonomy; opportunity to earn $150k–$180k annually based on accepted referral volume and service area; private, therapist-owned administrative support and a digital workflow; eligible for $250 sign-on and $250 referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist / OT license
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Professional liability insurance
- Ability to provide services as an independent contractor
