Job Summary
Provide full range of occupational therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent with professional standards. Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary. Maintain current, valid state OT licensure or registration and a degree from an accredited program. Required Qualifications
