Occupational Therapist - Home Care - Part-Time

Conduct diagnostic evaluations and treatment for assigned patients to help them reach maximum performance levels and function within their capabilities. Provide consultation on environmental design, adaptive equipment, patient positioning, and splinting while instructing individuals in adapted techniques for self-care skills like meal preparation and dressing. Administer sensor-motor integration treatment, visual perceptual-motor remediation, and developmental activities for adult learning-disabled patients. Design and fabricate splints, slings, and adaptive equipment per physician prescriptions, and train patients on upper-extremity prosthetic devices to resume daily routines. Requires a Colorado Occupational Therapist License in good standing with a Bachelor's degree.
