Job Summary
Evaluate and test individuals served, develop effective treatment plans, and administer therapy programs while setting up home exercise programs and performing evaluations. Maintain documentation including reports of services and weekly schedules to meet therapy goals. Collaborate with physicians, staff, consultants, families, and community resources to ensure program effectiveness. Serve on the rehabilitation treatment team for meetings and conferences, and participate in budget maintenance and equipment monitoring. Adhere to Service Monitoring System standards for accreditation and licensure. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy, current licensure, and one year of human services experience. Part-time Monday-Friday schedule with hours to be determined.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- one-year human services experience
- Must be licensed OT/L in state
- member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Current driver's license
- car registration
- auto insurance
- Must be available for travel as needed
- Part Time - Monday-Friday

- One year experience in Neuro-rehabilitation
