Job Summary
Occupational Therapist for Home Care (Part-Time): Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in a home setting, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, supervise treatments, and address patient concerns to promote independence and successful recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, leverage specialized OT skills, and contribute to positive outcomes within a supportive team. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s with relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
