Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery, celebrate patient progress, and contribute to outcomes with a collaborative team in a home-care setting. Utilize professional expertise to deliver compassionate, tailored OT services and engage with patients and families, guided by licensure requirements and CPR certification, with opportunities for growth and utilizing available technologies to enhance patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
