Job Summary
Occupational Therapist - Home Care (Part-Time) provides direct, compassionate OT services to rehabilitation patients in a home-care setting. Responsible for patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, supervising care and treatments, addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs, and celebrating patient progress. Requires active state licensure or certification and CPR certification. Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient field experience.
