Job Summary
Providing direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in a home-care setting; supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support independence and improved quality of life. Collaborative, compassionate care in a community-focused environment with access to technology and opportunities for professional growth. Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s with sufficient experience) and current state licensure; CPR certification required.
