Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in a home-care setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support independence and recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, and utilize advanced OT skills to deliver compassionate, top-tier care. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience).
