Occupational Therapist - Home Care - Part-Time

As an Occupational Therapist at Encompass Health (Home Care/PT), you will provide direct OT services to rehabilitation patients, develop personalized care plans, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, and address physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. You will build meaningful patient relationships, celebrate progress, and work within a collaborative team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care using evidence-based practices and access to advanced technology. Qualifications include current state licensure or certification, CPR certification, and a Master’s Degree preferred (or relevant Bachelor’s with substantial experience).
