Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in a home-care setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and targeting and resolving patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients, support independence and recovery, and utilize available technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality OT services. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
