Job Summary
Direct care and therapeutic services provided to patients in a home-care setting as an Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities include supervising treatments, conducting patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to support recovery and independence. Collaborates with the care team to deliver compassionate, high-quality OT services and leverages evidence-based techniques to achieve meaningful outcomes. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR certification; Master’s degree in OT preferred (or Bachelor's with substantial experience).
