Occupational Therapist - Home Care - Part-Time

Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in a home-care setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans. Build meaningful patient relationships, address physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery, and collaborate with a supportive care team using advanced technology. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient-centered care and ongoing professional growth. Licensure/certification must be current by state regulations; CPR certification is required; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s with significant experience).
