Occupational Therapist with Home Care focus providing direct patient care, supervising treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to support rehabilitation and independence. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s plus relevant experience).
