Job Summary
Directly provide occupational therapy services to home-care patients, conducting assessments, developing and implementing personalized care plans, and supervising treatments to promote independence and improved quality of life. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to monitor patient progress, address concerns, and adjust interventions. Maintain patient-centered, compassionate care and utilize evidence-based practices with a focus on outcomes. Requires state licensure or certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred (or Bachelor’s plus sufficient experience). Part-time opportunity in Stanislaus County, CA.
