Occupational Therapist - Home Care - Part-Time

Provide direct occupational therapy care to rehabilitation patients in a home-care setting. Lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, supervise care and treatments, and address physical, mental, and emotional needs to support independence and a successful recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, celebrate progress, and collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team using compassionate, evidence-based practices and access to advanced technology. Qualifications include state licensure or certification, CPR certification, and a Master’s degree preferred (or Bachelor’s degree with sufficient experience).
