Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy care to patients, supervising treatments, leading assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve specific concerns. Build meaningful relationships by understanding patients' physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery and celebrate their victories. Requires current licensure, CPR certification, and a Master's degree or Bachelor's with experience. This part-time role offers a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time equivalents and is part of Encompass Health's national post-acute care network.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
