Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients in home care settings, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients to support recovery and independence. Work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment with access to cutting-edge technology. Requires licensure/certification per state regulations and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with relevant experience. Sign-on bonus of $7,500 offered for Full Time OTs.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field.
