Job Summary
Deliver occupational therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults in their communities, facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions within an interdisciplinary approach focused on functional outcomes. Assist in abolishing ageism through geriatric house calls while driving rewarding patient outcomes. Work as part of a clinician-operated private practice offering flexibility to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule. Available positions include full-time/part-time salaried roles, PRN/Flex PPU, or Emerging Professionals Mentor Program for new grads. Requires a valid OT license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
