Occupational Therapist Home Care - Northern Calvert County and Upper Marlboro

Conduct occupational therapy evaluations including interviews, observations, palpation, and specialized assessments such as goniometry and sensory testing. Independently implement and document plans of care for patients with routine to complex problems while establishing visit schedules and teaching plans for families. Perform interventions consistent with home care protocols, including therapeutic exercise, functional mobility training, and gait training. Manage caseloads and maintain productivity for varying acuity levels, submitting admission records within 48 hours and daily records within 24 hours. Participate in case conferences, community outreach, and committee meetings to facilitate continuity of care. Requires a registered OT license, 1-2 years clinical experience, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Salary ranges from $74,214 to $134,596 annually.
