Occupational Therapist - Home Care - License Required

Occupational Therapist (OT) needed for Home Care in Naples, FL, with caseload primarily in assisted and independent living communities and occasional home visits. Role requires license as an Occupational Therapist and graduation from an OT program. Full-time scheduling preferred (40 hours/week), with part-time and PRN options also considered. Caseload includes geriatric patients, mostly under Medicare Part A Home Health and some Part B. Competitive hourly rate ($40-$62) with benefits including health/dental/vision/life/disability, PTO/holidays, 401k with match, mileage reimbursement, continuing education, and flexible scheduling. Schedule tends to Monday–Friday between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm; weekend shifts optional. Sponsorship for work in the United States is open. Must be eligible for Florida licensure, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and CPR certification. Background screening (Level 2 AHCA) required. New grads receive mentorship.
