Job Summary
Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate clients' daily living needs and challenges. Develop and implement customized occupational therapy plans to address specific goals while providing therapeutic interventions to improve daily activity performance. Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach, and educate families on adaptive techniques and equipment. Maintain accurate documentation of all assessments, interventions, and progress. Required Qualifications
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- State licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Ability to adapt therapy plans to diverse client needs
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Valid Driver's License and/or reliable transportation
- Valid Liability Insurance
