Job Summary
Provide in-home occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in the Metro Detroit area; develop individualized treatment plans, educate patients and families on home safety, collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal outcomes, and complete timely HIPAA-compliant documentation. Requires OT license in Michigan, a Bachelor’s degree, driver’s license, and at least 1 year of OT experience. Contingent position with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Minimum of one (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience
