Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (Home Health) — evaluate and treat patients in-home in the Metro Detroit area. Conduct evaluations and assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide interventions to improve functional independence and daily living skills, educate patients and families on home safety, complete timely documentation, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure optimal outcomes. Requires Bachelor’s in Occupational Therapy, Michigan license, valid driver’s license, and at least 1 year of OT experience; contingent position with flexible scheduling and competitive hourly pay. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current, unrestricted Occupational Therapist license in the State of Michigan
- Valid driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance
- Minimum of one (1) year of Occupational Therapy experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage patient schedules effectively
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to HIPAA compliance and professional standards
