Job Summary
Provide direct care to rehabilitation patients as an Occupational Therapist, guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, and creating personalized care plans to target and resolve patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by dedicating time to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs for a successful recovery, and celebrate patient victories along the way. Work within a supportive team environment and utilize access to cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, personalized care that empowers independence and improved quality of life. Qualifications include current licensure or certification required by state regulations and CPR certification; a Master’s Degree is preferred, or a Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient field experience.
