Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Build meaningful patient relationships, guide care, and contribute to outcomes using compassionate, evidence-based practice within a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation team. Licensure/certification per state regulations and CPR certification are required; Master’s Degree is preferred (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience in the field
