Job Summary
Occupational Therapist will deliver direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, and create personalized care plans to support independence and improved quality of life. You’ll focus on understanding patients’ physical, mental, and emotional needs, build strong relationships, celebrate patient progress, and contribute to outcomes through compassionate, evidence-based care in a collaborative team environment. The role emphasizes guiding patients toward meaningful recovery and functional independence using state-of-the-art technology and a supportive workplace. Qualifications include current licensure or certification per state regulations, CPR certification, and typically a Master’s Degree (or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience).
