Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy services to rehabilitation patients within an inpatient setting, including supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing physical, mental, and emotional needs to support successful recovery. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, build meaningful patient relationships, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to outcomes-focused care using access to cutting-edge technology. Requires current licensure or state-regulated certification and CPR certification; Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
