Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) needed to provide one-on-one, client-centered therapy in patients' homes across Loudoun County, VA. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive client evaluations, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, assisting clients in relearning daily living activities (e.g., dressing after a stroke), demonstrating therapeutic exercises, assessing home environments for safety and accessibility, educating family members, recommending adaptive equipment and mobility aids, and documenting client progress for care planning and billing. Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, an active Virginia OT license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of experience in the field (home health preferred). Strong communication, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills, along with compassion and patience, are essential. Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Virginia OT license
