Job Summary
Evaluate, plan, treat, re-evaluate, and discharge patients for high-quality hand therapy services, including tendon injuries, sprains, strains, and post-op fractures. Develop individualized treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and maintain positive interactions with facilities and clients. Stay current with Occupational Therapy research and employ Evidence-Based Practice. Start Monday–Friday in Brandon, with a starting salary of $75,000 plus a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350/month student loan repayment. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active national registration and state licensure
- CPR certification
- Valid state driver's license
- At least 1 year of current hand therapy experience
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Hand Therapists (CHT)
- Splinting experience
