Occupational Therapist - Hand Therapist - Northwest Orthopaedic Specialists

Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based hand therapy for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting, coordinating care with physician partners across Spokane Valley, WA. Deliver patient-centered treatment plans while maintaining integral relationships with medical teams through clinic shadowing and surgery observation opportunities. Maintain current or pending OT licensure and hold required hand therapy experience, CPR certification, and graduate credentials from an accredited program. Full-time role with flexible scheduling, 40-minute appointment blocks, and access to tuition reimbursement, mentorship, and CHT fellowship pathways.
