Job Summary
Occupational Therapist needed for primary care team to conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop and supervise treatment plans, collaborate with COTAs, utilize telehealth, perform home visits (ALFs/ILFs), document care management, and ensure compliance with regulations; join a physician group serving SC/GA with opportunities for monthly bonus and full-time 8-hour schedule (8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday).
Required Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in good standing
- Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience, preferably in a home health or outpatient setting
- Proficiency in Telehealth platforms and electronic health records (EHR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and communicate effectively
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to manage and demonstrate effective leadership skills
- Should demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills under all conditions and circumstances
- Must be able to work flexible hours and travel between offices, facilities, etc.
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements
