Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment to improve mobility, independence, and quality of life. Deliver therapy sessions that support wellness and functional independence; document effectively in FOX’s EMR; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists); educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place; and offer telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
