Job Summary
Evaluate patients and determine needs for skilled therapy based on objective criteria. Develop treatment plans using standardized techniques and follow them with an objective, measurable, documented approach. Maintain timely and accurate records, including progress notes, provider communication, and discharge plans coordinated with physicians and other medical staff. Communicate pertinent information to supervisors and seek guidance as needed while maintaining active rapport with patients, families, and the broader health team. Stay current on clinical guidelines through continuing education.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree accredited by the Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education
- current Minnesota Occupational Therapist licensure
