Job Summary
Conduct clinical practice under reduced caseloads during the first four months of a 12-month structured graduate program. Complete intensive induction training over the first 12 weeks followed by weekly 1:1 clinical supervision for six months, monthly coaching sessions, and quarterly professional development. Observe clinicians across multiple disciplines and utilize the MedHealth Academy for continuous learning. Engage with a dedicated buddy, fellow graduates, and experienced mentors to build confidence and clinical reasoning. Maintain a licensed driver's license for travel to Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown, and Penrith clinics.
Required Qualifications
- AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
- Licensed driver with your own vehicle
- Occupational Therapy students graduating in 2026
- Ready to commence their careers with us in 2027
