Job Summary
Graduate Occupational Therapist program in Ability Action Australia. Role supports participants in community or clinic settings, conducts assessments and writes reports, advocates with participants and carers to achieve goals, and provides mentoring and supervision. Includes travel reimbursement, PD allowance, flexible work location (office, home, or cafe), and a structured pathway to develop clinical and business skills in a supportive environment. You will be supported by weekly supervision and a buddy system to help you grow as an OT in a national therapy services team. Location: Melbourne, Australia; remote work not indicated beyond in-person arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- AHPRA registered or eligible for AHPRA registration
- Soon-to-be graduated OT (2026)
- Ability to work in community or clinic settings
