Job Summary
Graduate Program for Occupational Therapy offering role across multiple WA locations (Cockburn, Joondalup, Mount Hawthorn, Inglewood). Support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years in a community-based caseload, delivering functional, participant-led therapy in homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. Key duties include completing meaningful assessments, designing practical therapy plans, building long-term relationships, and working with a multidisciplinary team. The program provides structured induction, 1:1 discipline-specific supervision, 6 months of induction and upskilling, paid study leave, equipment and technology, flexible hours, clear KPIs, rewards, paid parental leave, and travel reimbursement. Must have Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating 2026 or Jan 2027), a driver’s license and vehicle, and compliance checks (NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check, Police Check or willingness to obtain).
