Job Summary
Support NDIS participants aged 6–65 across a varied community caseload in a community-based Occupational Therapy role. Deliver functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces, including completing assessments and designing practical therapy plans, building long-term relationships, and working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team. This is part of a national Graduate Program offering structured induction, 1:1 supervision, 6 months of induction/training, paid study leave, travel reimbursement, and opportunities across 30+ locations with flexible hours and work-from-home options. Driver’s licence and own vehicle, NDIs/WC checks, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain) are required or pursued. Commitment to diversity and a supportive pathway for graduates in 2026/2027.
