Job Summary
Graduate-program Occupational Therapist role in a national clinician-led organization. Supports NDIS participants aged 6–65 across varied community caseload with autonomy over diary, home/community/clinic-based therapy, and structured supervision. Responsibilities include completing assessments, designing practical therapy plans, building long-term relationships, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. Opportunities include 1:1 supervision, induction, 6 months of structured onboarding, study leave, and travel reimbursement; location available in North Lakes (QLD) with hybrid work options.
Required Qualifications
- Occupational Therapy qualification (graduating in 2026 or January 2027)
- NDIS Worker Screening, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
