Job Summary
Complete meaningful assessments and design practical therapy plans for NDIS participants aged 6–65 years across neurological conditions, autism spectrum disorder, and psychosocial disability. Deliver functional, participant-led therapy in homes, day centres, parks, and clinic spaces while building long-term relationships and seeing real progress. Work closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team within a flexible, clinician-led environment that prioritizes quality care over rigid metrics. The program includes a structured induction week, ongoing 1:1 supervision, and 6 months of training. Apply with an Occupational Therapy qualification expected in 2026 or January 2027, a driver's licence, and necessary NDIS Worker Screening and Working With Children checks.
