Occupational Therapist Graduate Program 2027

Graduate Occupational Therapist in Better Rehab's national Graduate Program. Working across Darwin to support NDIS participants aged 6–65 years with neurological conditions, ASD and psychosocial disability through a community-based role that delivers functional, participant-led therapy across homes, day centres, parks and clinic spaces. Responsibilities include completing meaningful assessments, designing practical therapy plans, building long-term relationships, and working closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team. The program offers an induction week, 1:1 supervision, structured induction and upskilling period, paid study leave, flexible hours, KPI guidance, rewards, parental leave, travel reimbursement, and national opportunities across 30+ locations. Desired skills include collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, autonomy in diary management, and willingness to obtain required checks; mandatory OT qualification and a valid driver’s license with own vehicle.
