Job Summary
Support clinical staff to navigate the NDIS pathway and complete necessary documentation while liaising regularly with the social work NDIS lead and the NDIS Health Liaison Officer. Communicate with the MDT to provide clinical guidance and expertise, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality care for NDIS participants admitted to Sunshine, Footscray, and Williamstown Hospitals. This Grade 3 role offers a permanent, full-time position with competitive salary and superannuation.
Required Qualifications
- Grade 3 Occupational Therapist
- Extensive knowledge and experience in NDIS discharge planning and documentation
- Consolidated clinical leadership and teaching skills
- Satisfactory Police Record Check
- Immunisation Status Clearance
- Working with Children Check

- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with multiple stakeholders
- Demonstrate commitment to provision of occupation-based client centred occupational therapy practice
- Strong collaboration, communication and time management skills
