Job Summary
Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults in private residences and senior living communities (including memory care) to improve mobility, independence, and function. Conduct evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment; deliver therapy sessions to support wellness and aging in place; document in FOX’s EMR per regulatory standards; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team (PTs, OTs, SLPs, Fitness Specialists); educate patients, caregivers, and senior living staff; provide telehealth/virtual care when appropriate to extend access. Flexible, in-home and community-based care with options for in-person and telehealth engagement, plus opportunities to create and manage your own treatment schedule. New graduates are eligible for FOX’s Emerging Professionals Mentor Program; compensation varies by employment type with salaried roles and additional earning opportunities. Required Qualifications
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain
- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Basic computer and EMR proficiency
- Current CPR certification
