Job Summary
Provide and direct occupational therapy services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in compliance with the American Occupational Therapy Association, physicians' orders, and Clinical Pathways. Assess client status by reviewing and implementing plans of care, initiating preventative and rehabilitative procedures, and facilitating self-sufficiency through activities of daily living. Educate clients and families on diagnosis and care plans while coordinating services with physicians, case managers, and other disciplines. Report changes in client status and clinical findings to supervisors as needed. Requires MS/OTD or BS with state licensure and certification; offers rotating weekend schedule, 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- MS/OTD in Occupational Therapy
- BS with equivalent work experience
- Successful completion of State Certification Examination for Occupational Therapy
- valid state Occupational Therapy Licensure
