Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive assessments for adult and geriatric patients to establish individualized treatment plans and set short- and long-term goals. Deliver direct treatment including transfers, positioning, feeding, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation while supervising COTA and tech staff. Manage equipment logs, maintain inspection records, and ensure safe utilization of adaptive devices. Document all services per department standards, complete discharge summaries, and participate in team conferences. Adhere strictly to medical regimens and patient-specific precautions. Requires current OT licensure, driver's license, and CPR certification. Full-time role with 40 weekly hours at a Senior Living community within LHC Group.
