Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, including guiding patients by supervising care and treatments, leading patient assessments, creating personalized care plans, and addressing patient concerns to promote independence and successful recovery. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs, celebrate patient victories, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team environment using cutting-edge technology to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
- CPR certification.
- Master’s Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
