Administer a prescribed occupational therapy program to restore and maintain maximum function and prevent disability using therapeutic modalities specific to upper extremity function, sensory and perceptual skills, coordination, and self-care activities including light hygiene, bathing, dressing, transfers, eating, and homemaking. Help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve. This split role combines home health and skilled nursing facility duties at St Elizabeth Home, an employee-owned facility in Janesville, WI, where you will work with older adults to restore and maintain independence.
