Job Summary
Occupational Therapist (OT) for full-time role at Shreveport Rehabilitation Hospital. Independently evaluates and determines treatment strategies, delivers and/or delegates services to prevent or remediate impairments, and rehabilitates individuals to maximize function in ADLs, IADLs, education, work, play, leisure, and social participation. Addresses dysfunction in psychosocial skills, cognition, and sensorimotor components; implements interventions to promote safety and performance in daily activities. Requires active OT licensure in the state and BLS certification. Inpatient rehabilitation experience is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross (online certification not acceptable)
