Occupational Therapist - Full Time/PRN

Provide occupational therapy to patients unable to perform daily tasks due to illness or injury, working within a home health team to support their plan of care. Assess patients, observe deficits, establish goals, and document progress while assisting with exercises for fine motor skills and coordination. Suggest adaptive equipment, evaluate fall risks, and educate families on self-care strategies to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to state and federal regulations. Requires a South Carolina OT license, one year of experience, CPR certification, and valid car insurance. Full-time positions offer $47.00 to $50.00 per hour with 1:1 therapist-to-patient ratios and comprehensive benefits including PTO and medical coverage.
