Job Summary
Provide direct occupational therapy to rehabilitation patients, supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and target and resolve patient concerns to support independence and improved outcomes. Build meaningful patient relationships, deliver compassionate, patient-centered care, and contribute to a collaborative team environment with access to advanced technology. Requires state licensure/certification and CPR; Master’s Degree is preferred or Bachelor’s Degree with sufficient experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification required by state regulations
- CPR certification
- Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor’s Degree plus sufficient experience
